Lord Jesus Christ,

You who are the inexhaustible source of mercy,

We turn to you with trust and hope.

In your infinite goodness,

You welcome all who come to you with a contrite heart,

Pardon our sins and restore us in your grace.

O merciful Lord,

You gave your life on the cross for our salvation,

You shed your precious blood to free us from sin.

We thank you for your unconditional love,

For your compassion that knows no bounds,

And for your mercy that is always offered, never refused.

Lord Jesus,

Enlighten us with your truth,

Fortify us with your love,

And guide us on the path of holiness.

O Merciful Christ,

We entrust to you our weaknesses and failures,

Our fears and anxieties,

Our sufferings and joys.

Come to our aid in our moments of doubt,

Console us in our trials,

And grant us the grace of conversion and perseverance.

We beseech you, Lord,

Open our hearts to your merciful love,

And transform us into witnesses of your mercy

In a world so much in need of your love.

Merciful Lord,

We pray to you for all who are in need,

For the sick, the afflicted, the sinners,

And for all who seek truth and peace.

Accord to us, through the intercession of Mary,

Your Merciful Mother,

The grace to live as beloved children

In the light of Your eternal mercy.
