Lord God Almighty,

Heavenly Father, Creator of all things,

I come before You today with a heart filled with gratitude.

Thank You for Your constant presence in my life,

For Your unconditional love that sustains me every day,

For the beauty of Your creation and the many blessings You bestow upon me.

I give You thanks, Lord, for the breath of life You have given me,

For the health, strength, and energy that allow me to live every moment.

Thank You for the gift of life, for every morning I wake up,

For every new chance You offer me to serve You and grow in Your light.

Thank You, Lord, for the moments of joy and peace,

For the moments of comfort and respite,

But also for the trials,

For they have taught me to rely on You,

To grow in faith, and to understand that You are always by my side,

Even in the difficult times.

Lord Jesus Christ,

You, the beloved Son of the Father,

Thank You for choosing to come to this earth to save us.

Thank You for Your ultimate sacrifice on the cross,

For Your death and resurrection,

which have opened the gates of salvation and eternal life to us.

I thank You, Jesus, for Your infinite mercy,

For Your forgiving and healing love.

Thank You for lifting me up when I fell,

For guiding me along the path of forgiveness,

And for lightening my burdens.

I thank You for Your living word,

For Your teachings that show me the way of truth,

And for Your presence in the Eucharist,

Where You continue to nourish me spiritually and strengthen me.

Lord Jesus, I give You thanks for every moment I feel Your presence,

For every answered prayer,

And for the peace I find in You.

Thank You for accompanying me on this journey of life,

For supporting me and showing me the way of true love.

Virgin Mary,

Sweet and loving Mother,

I thank You for welcoming me under Your maternal mantle,

For surrounding me with Your tenderness and protection.

Thank You for saying "yes" to God's plan,

Thank You for bearing in Your womb the Saviour of the world,

And for lovingly guiding us to Your Son, Jesus Christ.

Beloved Mother, thank You for Your discreet but constant presence in my life.

Thank You for interceding for me with Your Son,

For supporting me in times of doubt,

And for bringing me peace and consolation when I need it.

I give You thanks, Mary,

For every moment I have felt Your protection,

For Your example of faith, humility and obedience to God's will.

Help me to follow You,

To live my life with the same trust in God as You,

And to always turn to You with confidence and love.

Lord God,

I thank You for my family, my friends,

And for all the people You have placed in my path.

Each one of them is a reflection of Your love and goodness.

I give You thanks for the bonds of love and friendship,

For the support, encouragement, and joy shared with them.

Thank You, Lord, for the nature that surrounds me,

For the beauty of the landscapes,

For the song of the birds, the whisper of the wind,

And for every moment I can contemplate the splendour of Your creation.

I am amazed by the works of Your hands,

And I give You thanks for this earth You have given us.

Lord, thank You for the gift of faith,

For this flame You have kindled in my heart,

And which guides me to You every day.

Thank You for calling me to know You, to follow You,

And for giving me the chance to grow in Your grace.

I give You thanks, Lord, for the little blessings of everyday life,

For every smile, every gesture of love, every kind word.

I thank You for the moments of silence when I can turn to You,

And for the moments of prayer when I feel Your closeness.

Holy Spirit, breath of life and love,

Thank You for Your light that enlightens me,

For Your strength that guides me in moments of uncertainty.

Thank You for renewing my heart every day,

For inspiring me to do good and follow the path of truth.

Lord, on this day,

I just want to say thank You.

Thank You for Your infinite love that surrounds me at every moment.

Thank You for creating me, for loving me even before I knew You.

I offer You my life, my heart and my soul,

As a sign of gratitude for all that You have done and continue to do for me.

May my life be a song of gratitude,

May each day be an offering of praise to Your glory,

And may I never cease to thank You,

For Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your boundless love.

I love You, Lord,

And I give You thanks for everything.
