O Mary, sweet Mother of the immaculate heart,

We turn to you with trust and love.

Your heart, pure and full of grace,

Is a refuge for all who seek consolation and protection.

In this hour, we entrust to you our joys and our sorrows,

Our hopes and our fears,

And we ask you to intercede for us with your beloved Son,

Jesus, the Saviour of the world.

Protect us, O tender and compassionate Mother,

Guide us on the path of faith, hope and love.

Help us to imitate your humble and obedient heart,

And to respond generously to God's call in our lives.

May your immaculate heart be our model,

And may your gentle presence strengthen us in trials.

Give us the grace to live in union with you,

And to share the light of the Gospel with the world.
