Lord Jesus Christ,

You who are the face of the Father's mercy,

We come to you with a contrite and repentant heart.

Pardon us our sins and weaknesses,

And grant us the grace of your infinite mercy.

Lord, we acknowledge our errors and transgressions,

We regret our deeds and omissions that have wounded your loving heart.

In your great goodness, blot out our faults and cleanse us from all evil,

And restore in us the joy of your salvation and the peace of your love.

Jesus, Son of the living God,

You who came to save sinners and heal the brokenhearted,

Enlighten us with your truth, guide us on the path of conversion,

And transform our lives by the power of your grace and love.

Holy Mary, Mother of Mercy,

Intercede your beloved Son for us,

And help us to live in fidelity to the Gospel,

Witnessing God's mercy to all who cross our path.

Lord Jesus, in your unfathomable mercy,

Spread over us the abundance of your graces,

Renew our minds and hearts,

And lead us to eternal life in the joy of your presence.
