Prayer to find serenity

O Lord,

You who are the source of peace and comfort,

I turn to You today, my heart filled with worry,

Seeking in Your presence the serenity I lack.

My soul is restless,

The storms of life seem to shake me,

Doubts, fears and worries invade my mind,

And I struggle to find inner calm.

Lord, I know that You are a God of peace,

That You are there to lighten our burdens,

That in Your infinite love, You desire to see me serene and confident.

So I humbly ask You to grant me the inner peace I so desperately need.

Give me the serenity, Lord,

To accept what I cannot change,

To welcome life's trials with patience and wisdom,

And to place in Your hands all that is beyond my control.

When tormenting thoughts cloud my mind,

Inspire me to trust You with my fears,

To let You soothe my anxieties,

And to remember that in Your arms I am safe.

Lord, help me to let go

Of the unnecessary burdens I carry,

To stop worrying about things I cannot control,

But to turn to You, with trust and faith,

Knowing that You provide for all with kindness.

Give me wisdom, Lord,

To discern between what I can change,

And what must be left to Your divine providence.

Allow me to see situations through Your loving eyes,

And to accept that everything happens according to Your perfect plan.

Lord Jesus, You who walked this earth

Living each moment in trust and serenity,

Learn me to walk in Your footsteps,

To live each day in peace, even in the midst of storms.

When difficulties arise,

Let me never forget that Your peace passes all understanding,

That even when chaos surrounds me,

You are with me, and Your peace reigns in my heart.

Holy Spirit, divine breath of peace,

Come and touch my heart at this moment,

Apease my anxieties, calm my fears,

And fill me with Your deep serenity.

Come and restore in me the trust I have sometimes lost,

And guide me into the light of Your love.

Holy Mary, Mother of Peace,

You who have kept serenity in all circumstances,

Even in the darkest moments of Your life,

Intercede for me with Your beloved Son,

That I may find, like You, the strength to remain calm

And at peace, whatever challenges I face.

I know, Lord, that life is filled with the unexpected,

That trials come without warning,

But I ask You, in these moments of uncertainty,

To grant me the grace to remain grounded in You,

To not allow myself to be overwhelmed by emotions or despair.

Make my heart a place of peace,

Where I can take refuge when the world overwhelms me,

An inner space where I can find Your presence again,

And where, in You, I find the peace that gives me the strength to go on.

Lord, I thank You for Your unconditional love,

For Your infinite patience with me,

And for the peace You offer me without reserve.

I know that even in the midst of storms,

Your love watches over me, and Your serenity awaits me.

Give me the grace to trust You in all things,

To place my cares in Your hands,

And to live each day with the peace of mind

That only Your presence can bring.

Please, Lord,

Keep Your peace in my heart,

And teach me to be an instrument of Your serenity in this world,

So that I may not only live it,

But also pass it on to those who need it.

May this serenity guide me in my words,

In my actions, and in all my relationships,

So that I may bring around me

A reflection of the divine peace You grant me.

In this serenity, I choose to praise You and give You thanks,

Knowing that Your peace exceeds all my expectations

And that, in Your presence, my soul will always find rest.

I place it all in Your gracious hands,
