Saint Cyprian, eminent pastor of the early Church and martyr of the faith,

We turn to you with respect and devotion. 

You who bravely defended the Christian faith

And bore witness to steadfast love for God,

Intercede for us with our Lord.

Guide us in our quest for truth and holiness,

Help us to persevere in faith despite challenges and trials,

And strengthen our commitment to serve God and our brothers and sisters

with dedication, love and compassion.

Saint Cyprian, protector of bishops and the faithful,

Watch over the Church and all its members,

Inspire pastors and leaders

To guide God's people with wisdom and discernment.

We entrust our intentions and prayers to you,

And we ask you to intercede for us

With our Lord Jesus Christ,

To obtain the graces we need

To live a life of faith, hope and charity.
