O St Luke, blessed evangelist and apostle of divine mercy, we turn to you in our search for guidance, healing and inspiration. You who have been blessed with the gift of wisdom and writing, we ask you to grant us your grace so that we may follow the light of faith with confidence.

St Luke, you who lovingly wrote the Gospel that reveals to us the life, teachings and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, help us to understand and meditate on these precious words. Enable us to engrave them in our hearts and to put them into practice in our daily lives.

You who shared Christ's love and compassion for the sick and suffering, be our intercessor with God for the sick, doctors, and all those who work to relieve suffering. Inspire us to follow your example of care and concern for our fellow human beings, especially in these times of disease and pandemic.

Saint Luke, patron of artists, we pray that you guide our creativity, instil in us the gift of artistic expression, and help us to convey beauty and truth through our works. May our artistic talents serve to glorify God and elevate the human soul.

You who travelled with the apostle Paul to spread the Good News, intercede for us that our physical and spiritual journeys may be safe and fruitful. Accompany us on our journeys, light our way, and protect us from any obstacles that may stand in our way.

Saint Luke, model of faith, courage and dedication, we thank you for your witness to divine grace. Help us to grow in faith, persevere in hope, and show God's love to all we meet.

We pray you, Saint Luke, to intercede for us with God our Father, Jesus Christ our Saviour, and the Holy Spirit our Comforter. Amen.
