Holy Rita, light in the darkness,

You who bore the weight of trials with unshakeable faith,

We entrust to you our burdens and our pains.

O holy Rita, model of patience and perseverance,

Intercede the Lord for us

And obtain for us the grace of hope

In times of despair and discouragement.

Holy Rita, consoler of the afflicted,

You who have known how to find peace in prayer and the love of God,

Help us to overcome our difficulties

And to accept with serenity the divine will.

O holy protector of hopeless causes,

Intercede for us with God

And grant us the graces we need

To live in fidelity to the Gospel

And to bear witness to God's merciful love.

Holy Rita, flower of patience and charity,

You who have been marked with the stigmata of Christ,

Console us in our sufferings

And guide us on the path of holiness.
