O Heavenly Father,

I come humbly before You today to entrust to You my family, this precious gift You have bestowed upon me.

You are the Creator of family love and bonds, and it is with deep gratitude that I offer this prayer to You for each member of my family.

Lord, I ask You to extend Your gracious hand to every person in my family. Whether they are near me or far away, I ask You to protect them, bless them and watch over them with Your infinite love. Guide their steps each day, and light their path so that they always walk in Your light.

O God, I ask You to fill our hearts with love, patience and compassion. Help us to support one another, to get through difficult times together, and to always remember that You are the centre of our home. May our home be a place of peace, a refuge of comfort, where kindness, mutual aid and mercy reign.

I pray to You especially for each of my loved ones:

Bénis mes parents, Seigneur, qui m'ont donné la vie et ont éduqué avec amour. Give them the strength and health they need to continue to be pillars in our family. Fill their hearts with Your peace, and grant them wisdom in every decision they make. May they find in You their support in times of doubt and comfort in times of sorrow.

I entrust to You my brothers and sisters, my companions since childhood. May our family bond grow stronger with the years, and may we always help each other in love and respect. Give them strength to face life's trials, and enlighten their minds so that they may always follow the path of Your justice and truth.

I also pray to You for my children (or future children, if that is Your plan for me). Protect them under Your wings, Lord. May they grow in Your grace, filled with wisdom and goodness. Keep them safe from the evil and temptations of this world, and guide them to a bright future under Your benevolence. Give me the patience and understanding to be a loving and just parent, able to teach them Your ways.

Lord, I also entrust to You the members of my family who are suffering or ill. May Your healing hand rest upon them, and may they find strength and courage in You. Soothe their pain, comfort their hearts and fill them with Your peace. In their trials, may they feel Your comforting presence and find refuge in You.

Finally, I pray to You, Lord, that our family may be united in love and faith. May no misunderstanding, no quarrel, no estrangement break our bonds. Help us always to forgive generously and to cultivate the love you have taught us. May our faith in You be the firm foundation of our home, and may we seek each day to serve You in all we do.

O God of mercy and love,

I thank You for each member of my family and for the blessing it is to have a united home. Protect us from harm, keep us in Your grace, and make us a living testimony of Your love on this earth.
