Almighty Lord, heavenly Father, we turn to you today with grateful hearts for the gift of Saint Catherine Labouré, your faithful servant. We give you thanks for the exemplary life of this humble nun who responded with faith to your call and played an essential role in spreading devotion to the Miraculous Medal.

Saint Catherine, you who were chosen by the Virgin Mary herself, we ask you to guide us along the path of faith, humility and selfless service. Like you, teach us to recognise the presence of the Blessed Virgin in our lives, to listen attentively to her words and to respond with an obedient heart.

O St Catherine, model of charity and compassion, intercede for us with our heavenly Father. Inspire us to follow your example by dedicating our lives to the service of those most in need, to be instruments of peace and comfort to those who suffer. Help us to see Christ in every person we meet, to be witnesses to his love and mercy.

Saint Catherine, you who were the messenger of the Miraculous Medal, we ask you to watch over all those who wear it with faith and trust. May the grace of this medal spread abundantly in our lives, bringing consolation, healing and protection. May all who turn to you, Saint Catherine, be enveloped in the maternal tenderness of the Virgin Mary.

O Saint Catherine Labouré, you who lived a hidden and humble life, teach us the value of simplicity and obedience to God's will. May your example encourage us to persevere in faith, even in the midst of trials, and to follow with confidence the path that the Lord is laying out for us.

We entrust our particular intentions to you, O Saint Catherine, and ask you to intercede for us with God. Grant us the grace of unshakeable faith, ardent charity and a hope that overcomes all difficulties. Through your intercession, may we grow in love of God and neighbour.
